Hi, I'm Cady—And I'm So Glad You’re Here
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a heart for helping women and families feel their best. My career began over 20 years ago in Labor and Delivery, where I developed a deep respect for the emotional challenges that often go hand-in-hand with physical health.
After my time as an RN, I transitioned to becoming a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and worked in an OB-GYN office, where I deepened my understanding of the complex connection between reproductive health and emotional wellness. That experience laid a strong foundation for my current role as a dual-certified nurse practitioner focused on psychiatric care.
While expanding my skillset, I also completed coursework in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training. Although I didn’t pursue certification, the education I received has helped me better understand behavior patterns and how to support individuals—particularly children—with autism and ADHD. I believe it’s important to be transparent about that distinction, while also sharing how this knowledge has enriched the way I approach care.
Today, I provide psychiatric services for women, teens, children, and individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum transitions—all from a calm, welcoming space in Richland, WA.
A Little About Me
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to five amazing kids. I love spending time outdoors, reading, traveling, and cheering on my favorite sports teams with my family.
